Hormone Replacement Therapy (Injectable, Topicals, Troches)

At Elevate HRT we offer testosterone injections as an additional method of testosterone replacement. We understand how important testosterone is to your health, wellness and vitality! The initial consultation is a one on one session with a nurse practitioner to discuss your medical history and symptoms. We will also obtain a screening panel of blood work. Once your lab results are back, we follow up in the office and review the results in depth, addressing not only testosterone levels but any other abnormalities we may discover.
