Jennifer Jersan is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a critical care nurse for six years. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

As a Nurse Practitioner Jen has devoted her career to family practice. She listens to her patients to see what it is they really need, to help them make it possible to feel better. She is trained in hormone replacement therapy, including BioTE, and enjoys helping men and women achieve relief from hormonal symptoms. 

Jen is passionate about educating her patients and providing them with the information they need to make the best decisions regarding their treatment plans. She encourages patients to be active participants in their health and is honored to come alongside them in meeting their health & wellness goals.

In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children, playing games, reading and traveling.
